Payment Methods

All orders must be prepaid by VISA or MasterCard.

If, in exceptional circumstances, your organization is unable to pay by credit card, please contact CPHA Publication Sales at publications@cpha.ca.

Shipping and Handling

Please allow up to 4-6 weeks to receive your shipment (some exceptions may apply).

Shipping and handling costs are determined by weight of the shipment and its destination. These costs are calculated automatically by the system and will appear on your invoice.

Discounts

CPHA members receive a 10% discount on all items purchased for personal use. Orders which exceed five (5) copies of any individual publication will be considered a commercial purchase and the member discount will not apply. Some titles are eligible for bulk discounts; please contact publications@cpha.ca for details. Retrieve the current members discount code by logging into the Members Portal.

Bookstores are also eligible for discounts (depending on the value of the order).

Discounts are applied by the system through the use of a discount code.

Only one discount applicable per order.

Refunds and Returns
